A planning application (RU.17/1815) has just been submitted for redevelopment of parts of the site.

This site is already a Major Developed site in the Green Belt so it can be re-developed up to a point.

The application is different in some aspects from the proposals in the original consultation in April, so if you are concerned about any aspect of it or the impact of it on the surrounding area (especially taking into account the additional development proposed at Parklands see below) you should look at the proposals which include nearly 500 dwellings (for staff and private sale on the open market) a new staff restaurant, 1500 sq metres of retail space and multi storey car-parking and you should write to: Runnymede BC, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH or e-mail them at [email protected], quoting the application number above.
