Runnymede Borough Council have now received a planning application for the land surrounding the new Parklands Care Home, this is land parcel D and is for 142 flats, 50 flats for social rented housing, 8 houses with 224 parking spaces, other key items within the application is the removal of trees and hedgerow on Bittams Lane and making the lane wider.

It is not enough JUST to object to development on our GREN BELT Lands.
